SAVING FACE

The debate rages on...should we or shouldn't we mess with our faces? For a very interesting view point please go to Debbie Nigro's website, www.stillababe.com and see what Isaac Mizrahi has to say about plastic surgery. Hmmmm, definitely food for thought.

As for my products report for this week, here is what I found:

Estee Lauder Targeted Deep Wrinkle Filler. Yes! I pat very gently a little into my very unfortunate lip lines, that I definitely do not deserve as I never smoked, and it does diminish them somewhat. It is a temporary fix, but I'll take it!

Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick Compact. Yes! Love it. This is a shimmery powder made up of 5 different pinky/brown shades and I use it to highlight my cheekbones. It is just enough without making me look like I am going to Studio 54 and I recommend trying it without blush, you may find you dont need both: but remember this goes right above the cheek bones.

Giorgio Armani Fluid Master Primer. NO. I was instructed to use this under the Armani foundation that I bought in a very weak moment along with a brush I now use to clean off my computer keys. I noticed absolutely NO difference when using this under foundation. Not to mention, I could have bought a two door Hyundai for what these products cost me. No.

On a different note, I found a brand of jeans I like! Look for Andrew-Charles. This is a brand by Steven Tyler and his daughter. He must have a a daughter with a real butt and thighs, as I don't think Liv would wear these but they are very hip, (pardon the pun) and they fit!

Next week, I will visit the Clinique counter, and stir up some trouble over there.
