THURSDAY
5:30-7pm: Wine and cheese reception. Introduce one another and review the plans for the weekend. Start with a simple 5-minute meditation and 10-min journaling exercise to write about your intention for the weekend. Share our intentions.
7-8:30pm - Rebecca’s workshop - Creating Your Writing Practice (OPTIONAL)
8:30-9:30pm – Amy’s Knitting Lesson (OPTIONAL)
9:30-11pm– Everyone in their own room- lights out at midnight
FRIDAY
8-10:30am: Breakfast available
8-9:00am: Gentle Yoga class w/Rebecca (OPTIONAL)
9-9:30am: Yogic Writing practice w/Rebecca (OPTIONAL)
10:30-12:30: Workshop: Finding the Beginning (Amy)
12:30-2:30: Lunch and Free Time (walk to beach/swim/rest/knit/whatever…)
1:30-2:00: Knitting Lesson w/Amy (OPTIONAL)
2:30-4:30: Workshop: How To Tell Your Story (Amy)
4:30-7:00: Free Time
6:30-7:00 Meditation w/Rebecca (OPTIONAL)

SATURDAY
8-10:30am: Breakfast available

2:30-4:30: Workshop: Creating a Road Map (Amy)
4:30-7:00: Free Time
